Has my order been taken into account?
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the payment is accepted. You can track the status of your order in yourMy Account area under the “Orders” section at any time.
When your order is placed in “shipped” status, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your package.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
You can add or remove items from your cart as long as your order is not validated.
Once your order has been placed, modifying or canceling your order is no longer possible.

We use Chronopost to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
How much are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs are free in France from 200€. For other countries, shipping costs are the responsibility of the user and depend on the country of delivery and the weight of your package. They will be specified to you when confirming your order.
Why is my package being returned to sender?
Packages that are returned to sender are often the result of an error in the delivery address, repeated absence during several delivery attempts, or a package waiting at a post office that exceeds the 15-day hold period.
In any case, when our warehouse receives a return to sender, our service contacts the customer.
We nevertheless invite you to contact our teams at serviceclient@hodparis.com to determine whether a new shipment is possible if you wish.

We currently deliver to mainland France , as well as Germany , Belgium , Spain , Italy , Portugal and Switzerland .
